Center For Life Solutions, Inc. is a nonprofit Medication Assisted Treatment facility located in Hazelwood, MO. We are committed to assisting adults struggling with addiction in the Greater St. Louis area with the physical symptoms and psychological battle of addiction. Our services aid patients in regaining structure in their everyday lives while building self-esteem, self-confidence, and a sense of pride for their accomplishments. The mission of Center for Life Solutions, Inc. (CFLS) is to provide quality, comprehensive chemical dependency treatment services to citizens of the Metropolitan St. Louis region, empowering those individuals, their families, and communities to improve the quality of their lives.
