    VPAS is a non-profit corp. providing a wide spectrum of support services to older people and their families in the Central Shenandoah Planning District. Designated as one of the 25 Area Agencies on Aging in the Commonwealth of Virginia, VPAS is the official local headquarters for senior citizen programs, services and information as recognized by the Older Americans Act of the United States Congress.
