Program Pillars include the following:

Coins for Care: provide financial aid to help cover medical treatment, equipment or medication cost for uninsured/underinsured families of children who have been diagnosed with a chronic illness and/or disability.

Traveling Grace: provide financial assistance and vouchers for travel associated with medical treatment.

Nourished Hearts: deliver nutritious meals or groceries to families of chronically ill children who are hospitalized or recently discharged.

Healing through Art: create and deliver personalized arts & crafts kits to families of chronically ill or disabled children in local hospitals and outpatient specialty clinics.

December 2 Remember: Throughout the months of November and December, Jayda's Heart Foundation, Inc gathers new, unopened toys, in-kind contributions, and gift cards to provide happiness and support to families with chronically ill and disabled children. These donations are distributed directly to households and at various children's hospitals, bringing warmth and solace during the festive season.
