To be an independent voice for children who have been victims of abuse and/or neglect in Cameron and Willacy Counties.

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a community based, volunteer driven organization. CASA serves the over burdened court system and provides the Judge with insightful information which can help change a child's life by reducing the time he or she spends in foster care. Our CASA Volunteers are committed to the best interest for each child and advocate for them so that they may have a safe and permanent home.
