Birthright - Rochester, Inc.

Birthright of Rochester, a local crisis pregnancy support center, is looking for a few new volunteers; with positions open in all of our offices: E. Rochester, Gates and Geneseo. Birthright offers flexibility with daytime, evening and weekend shifts, as well as positions/duties which tie into your individual interests and expertise.

Birthright Counselors offer women non-judgmental friendship and support in a safe and compassionate environment. They work to locate and connect our clients with key resources in our community, in an effort to help them meet their immediate needs and achieve their future goals. Counselors work with our clients in our follow up program, which continues through pregnancay and up to the baby’s first birthday.

Through our program, Birthright clients focus on growth through positive change, building a better life for their newborns and themselves. But behind every success story, there is a mentor… someone just like you! As a Birthright volunteer, you can share your skills and experience to help young women transform their lives and the lives of their children.
