    Our mission is to provide financial and well being support for families impacted by congenital heart defects.

    About Us

    We provide financial assistance to families impacted by congenital heart defects in the Midwest. The forms of assistance we provide are covered in three programs:

    Heart Warrior program: assists with medical bills, therapy costs, equipment coverage

    Hospital to home program: assists with non medical needs such as gas, grocery, lodging

    Lucy Grant: Monetary grant for a family undergoing heart transplant (must be inpatient awaiting heart or within first year of transplant)

    In our five years of existence we have provided over 37,000 in financial assistance to families in need
