About Us

The Foster Grandparent Program brings seniors and children together for a win-win combination. A Foster Grandparent is at least 55 years old, has a limited income, and serves a minimum of 15 hours per week with children at Encompass Childcare Centers. Benefits include an hourly tax-free stipend (which does not affect other benefits), annual paid leave, travel reimbursement, and lots of love from children.
