ARTsmart NM

ARTsmart is a nonprofit organization that ensures access to quality arts education by connecting students with local and diverse visiting artists in K-12 classrooms in Santa Fe and rural schools in Rio Arriba County. 

ARTsmart NM is seeking a full-time Managing Director to oversee the organization's funding, operational, financial, and administrative functions.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with local public schools and Santa Fe’s diverse arts communities.  Experience in financial/fiscal management, fundraising, events planning, grants management, marketing, community relations, and nonprofit board management. 

An annual salary of $48,000-60,000.  Benefits include 120 hours of PTO and a monthly health insurance stipend.
