  • Mission

At the Downtown Dayton Partnership, we are dedicated to making downtown Dayton a better place to live, work and visit. Working with downtown property owners, businesses and residents, we provide strategic planning, business development and marketing services to grow and strengthen our downtown.

We focus our efforts in five key areas: Jobs, Amenities, Housing, Environment, and Advocacy. Our goals are to:

  • Grow downtown jobs
  • Expand cultural, recreation and entertainment amenities
  • Add more housing units
  • Maintain an environment that is clean, safe and inviting
  • Advocate for downtown Dayton, its property owners and its businesses
  • About Us

Event #1 - Urban Nights is a free event that showcases downtown's dining, nightlife, art, music, retail, and urban living options twice a year on a Friday night - once in the spring and once in the fall.

Event #2 - The Dayton Holiday Festival is your source for family-friendly holiday fun in downtown Dayton. Started by Mrs. Virginia Kettering in 1972 so that all children could enjoy the holiday season regardless of their economic means, the Festival continues today with free attractions for the community
