    The Steven Spectrum Career Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit which aims at creating a genuine and lasting encounter between the workplace and neurodivergent individuals in New York City. Our mission is to empower the neurodiverse community by equipping individuals with the skills and support they need to overcome employment challenges. We envision a future where neurodiversity is embraced, and every individual has equal opportunities to thrive in their chosen careers.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that a diverse workforce is a more dynamic and successful one, and we're committed to making this vision a reality through advocacy, trainings, mentorship and job placement.
