    Collins Center models and promotes the prevention of sexual harm, and provides collaborative excellence in sexual -assault response and treatment in the City of Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, Page County, and surrounding areas as needed. All services, including crisis response, short and longterm mental health care, advocacy, prevention education, and Child Advocacy Center services are free of charge for all primary and secondary victims and survivors of sexual harm, and allied community partners.
