Women and Youth in African Development (WAYAD)International was registered in Kenya as an International NGO in the year 2001. The organization officials have been working for the communities for a number of years. The thematic Areas which have been covered broadly are: - Capacity building in Social-Economic development, Women and Children Rights and Health issues. In addition to the above activities, the officials have been engaged by other Organizations in Project work, Water and Sanitation, Research/ Project Assessment/Base Line Survey, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Planning and implementation, Leadership skills, Community Health, Social budgeting, Project planning, monitoring, evaluation and control, Management skills, Facilitation in HIV/AIDS Programs, Human Right approach to programming and community capacity development.
