Make-A-Wish Southern Florida

Make-A-Wish® grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.

The Southern Florida chapter began in 1983 and today, it serves the children of Broward, Collier, Glades, Hendry, Highlands, Indian River, Lee, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties, as well as children in the US Virgin Islands. Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida grants more than 500 wishes each year, which is a wish every 16 hours. Our vision is to grant a wish to every medically eligible child wish and we strive to transform each wish into a magical reality.
