Pendola Center, Camp Pendola, Camp ReCreation

Pendola Center (www.pendola.org)is owned and operated by the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento. The facility offers several programs including and summer camp, Camp Pendola; an outdoor science school, Creature Camp; and a facility for rent for retreats and youth outtings. Located in the foothills of the Sierras north of Nevada City on Highway 49 (about 45 minutes), Pendola Center resides on 40 acres of forest bording the Tahoe National Forest.. Camp ReCreation is a program offered by the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento for persons with physical and developmental disabilities.
