Mission
Harmony is a wellness nonprofit that serves the community by creating and educating Wellness workshops, events, and seminars. Harmony's programs focus in the areas of Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health.
Harmony helps people cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. Harmony aids people socially, educationally and emotionally live healthier lives physically, mentally, and spiritually. Harmony seeks to enhance people's quality of life, meaning, and purpose. Harmony allows opportunity to create awareness, allowing restoration (healing) and aiding in alignment (overall well-being). Harmony brings balance (peace) in people's lives creating unity within, and within the community. Rooted in God's Love.
About Us
FREE Wellness for ALL! That's right! We facilitate wellness workshop in all areas of the body. This is at no cost to the public. All funds received are LOVE Donations from the community. The donations help fund the programs so that everyone can receive wellness regardless of ability to pay.
