Hope on Water’s mission is to improve life outcomes for historically marginalized communities by increasing access to the sport of rowing. We focus across the age spectrum with the recognition that early exposure and resources have an outsized impact on academic achievement, career success, and mental, emotional, physical, and social health. Through programming, mentorship, scholarships, and education, we create a lifelong community that unlocks the full potential of individuals and communities to thrive.
