  • About Us

My Brother’s Keeper Alliance (MBKA) is a non-profit that engages the private and social sectors to create pathways to success for boys and men of color (BMOC). MBKA’s efforts are both national and local in scope, with an intense focus on opening doors to opportunities in the workforce.

MBKA directs assistance and resources to lift-up best practices in the field, from cradle to career, while engaging the business community. We are also capitalizing on the great work that’s already being done. The White House’s MBK Community Challenge has engaged over 240 communities in orienting their work around BMOC. And MBKA is building upon this progress by helping these communities with technical assistance, resources, and subject matter expertise.
