Located in central Fremont, the SparkPoint at Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) builds on the wealth of services at the FRC, which has served Alameda County since 1999. The Fremont FRC is a collaboration of more than 25 state, county, City of Fremont and nonprofit organizations that serve families in Fremont, Union City and Newark.
