About Us
Since 1970, Distress Centre Durham has provided a 24-hour helpline staffed by specially trained community volunteers. In 2003, thanks to the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Distress Centre Durham expanded its services to better suit the growing needs of the Durham Region community.
