Brooklyn Seltzer Museum

The mission of the Brooklyn Seltzer Museum isdedicated to preserving and promoting the "effervescent" history of seltzer water. Located in the city's oldest 4th generation family run seltzer works,it celebrates the manufacturing science, and cultural particulars of seltzer as a NYC icon.

The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum is a unique interactive Museum located inside the Brooklyn Seltzer Boys factory in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. It celebrates the history and science of seltzer. Tours, a timeline, comic murals about the history of seltzer, as well as, objects used throughout hundreds of years in the ancient art of seltzer making. Visitors can go on a scavenger hunt to find objects, as well as seltzer spritzing, and self egg cream making.
