  • About Us

The Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (MCURC) was founded in 1975 to lead the economic development efforts in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Madisonville. After the completion of a resident-driven Quality-of-Life Plan in 2012, MCURC was charged with implementing and supporting the goals and strategies designed to transform Madisonville over the next 10 years. As a comprehesive community development corporation, we partner with residents, businesses, property owners, schools, churches, other nonprofits, and local government, to improve the quality-of-life for all who live, work, play, shop, and worship in Madisonville. MCURC opened an office and hired staff for the first time in January 2013.
