Represented’s principal belief is that Black and Brown social entrepreneurs need additional support to successfully enter and change the civic sector. Black and brown entrepreneurs face professional disparities that disproportionately impact minority-led organizations. To succeed, diverse leaders need engaging, customized, training that leverages their knowledge from navigating social injustices into healthy civic enterprises. Represented delivers quality programming preparing the next generation of minority leaders to permanently change the landscape of the civic sphere.
