To research, educate and advocate for sustainable horticultural science in Alaska which includes garden and greenhouse culture, local food and nutrition, and plants used to conserve and manage Alaska’s diverse landscapes.

The Georgeson Botanical Garden Society supports the Georgeson Botanical Garden through fundraising efforts, event planning and organization, and educational program development.
