    Barry University School of Social Work is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education to offer BSW, MSW, and Ph.D. degrees in social work. Students enrolled in the 60 credit MSW program can complete their degree requirements in as little as 16 months. Students who have an undergraduate degree in social work can enroll as an advanced standing student in the MSW program and complete their degree requirements in as little as 7 months. US News and World Reports has identified Barry University as the #1 college/university in the southern region for ethnic diversity amongst schools in its size category for 7 consecutive years. Earning perfect reaccreditation (2003 – 2017), the School of Social Work has awarded over $1.7 million dollars in scholarships to its students in each of the last two years.
