Our Vision is to create a Virginia Beach with quality homes for everyone and to be champions for a supportive community where people can not only survive but are empowered to live their best lives.

VBCDC is an award-winning 501(c)3 non-profit housing development corporation operating in the City of Virginia Beach. VBCDC is committed to developing quality affordable rental opportunities, providing comprehensive support services to its tenants, and providing comprehensive housing counseling services to families and individuals in need. VBCDC currently owns and manages over 410 units of affordable rental housing located throughout the City of Virginia Beach that serve low-to-moderate income families, individuals, elderly persons, veterans, homeless persons, and persons with disabilities.
