    The Friends of Leesburg Public Arts is a non-profit membership organization established to provide funding, advocacy and volunteer services for a variety of projects, programs and events that foster the growth of the arts and culture in the Town of Leesburg, VA. We engage the community at large in both fundraising for, and active participation in, public art projects. Established in 2012 to host the Leesburg Fine Arts Festival, the Friends of Leesburg Public Arts (FOLPA) also supports projects developed by the Leesburg Public Art Commission and initiates programs that sustain a vibrant arts community.
