The Colorado Sierra Club is a powerful collective of grassroots changemakers working together across the state to advance climate solutions, act for justice, get outdoors, and protect lands, water, air, and wildlife. We are an organization that believes in the power of working together to make change happen.
As the Colorado chapter of Sierra Club, the largest and most influential grassroots environmental organization in the U.S., we have helped shape the way people can participate in local, state, and national advocacy and policy work, so that we can better protect the planet—and each other.
Our mission is to explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth; to practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources; to educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment; and to use all lawful means to carry out these objectives.
