    The mission of the Arkansas Association of blind athletes is to provide sports and recreation opportunities At all levels for people who are blind and visually impaired which gives participants a sense of belonging, commitment to a team, and camaraderie through competition. Our programs will positively influence the lives of this demographic by fostering friendships and providing a support system for parents, teachers, and other vision professionals to bring elements of physical activity to their local community.

    About Us

    We were founded in 1978 by a cohort of leaders at the Arkansas school for the blind. we only recently are starting to bring the organization current and wish to offer the following sports and activities to youth and adults who are blind and visually impaired: Goalball
