Exodus Transitional Community, Inc.

Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. is a faith based, non-profit organization powered by people affected by the Justice System with a firm belief in human resilience. We deliver innovative programming tailored to adults and youth affected by the justice system and advocate for a society in which all can achieve social, economic and spiritual well-being. We have sites in East Harlem, Poughkeepsie, and Newburgh, NY. Over the last 20 years Exodus has served over 8000 women, men and youth believing in the transformational power that exists within each person.
