Held every fall near the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C., the Prayer Vigil provides an icon of spirituality in the United States’ capital. People of diverse faiths, cultures, ethnic backgrounds, and ages come together to practice and experience peace with self, peace with others, and peace with the Earth.
