About Us

We are the Lake City Seniors and with the support of Seattle Parks & Recreation we collaborated with the Hunger Intervention Program, SeaMar and Chinese Information & Service Center to offer free and low-cost activities and a hot meal to the community which is mainly older adults.

We are a partner site of Sound Generations who since 1967 has connected older adults and adults with disabilities in King County with vital resources to help them thrive. We are 501 (c) (3) organization providing meals, free rides to medical and dental appointments, fitness programs and opportunities for meaningful engagement with others. We alleviate stress by connecting seniors and those who care about them to whatever they need to remain safe, active and healthy and we are committed to helping all people, especially those in low-income communities and communities of color feel included and respected. And are proud to call Lake City Seniors a partner site to help us continue to provide these amazing services to the community!
