About Us
Roots and Branches Inc is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation doing business as “The Roots and Branches School”, an elementary public charter school in Baltimore City, Maryland. Founded by parents and educators in 2011, the school has now grown to serve up to 260 students in grades K-5.
Mission: to provide the children of Baltimore city with a rigorous academic curriculum centered in an arts-integrated educational experience that is inspired by the philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
