    The Illinois Council of the Blind (ICB) is a consumer organization of and for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Our primary focus is to advocate to insure individuals who are blind or visually impaired are able to participate in employment, educational, social and other activities in the state of Illinois. We are an affiliate of the American Council of the Blind (ACB).
