Mission
Through multi-institutional partnership, BC HEARS facilitates mentorship, tutoring and community engagement, collectively creating a pathway for adults to further their education, empower themselves and promote social equity.
About Us
Broome County HEARS is a grant funded program designed to assist community members in gaining access to education or previous Binghamton University or SUNY Broome students in finishing their degree. Partnership with Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, and Broome County Promise Zone.
