  • About Us

Murder Victims’ Families for Human Rights is an international organization of families of murder victims who oppose the death penalty in all cases. Our members include victims of interpersonal homicides, state executions, and extrajudicial killings or “disappearances.” Based in the United States, we work to abolish the death penalty at home and abroad, seeking to reframe the debate by viewing the death penalty as a human rights issue rather than a criminal justice issue.
