Real Life Ready

Our mission is to create a support program to offer opportunities and resources for young first generation graduates from any 2 or 4 year institution, including vocational and technical programs, and are between the ages 18 - 24 in Northern New Jersey.

We're a New Jersey based nonprofit offering first-generation graduates in New Jersey the access to resources that enhances their ability to become Real Life Ready. We aim to foster a future where every first-generation graduate in New Jersey has equitable access to the tools, networks, and opportunities needed to thrive after graduation.
