My Brother's Table


  • About Us

    My Brother's Table is a privately funded soup-kitchen located in Lynn, MA. The Table provides nutritious, free meals to all in an atmosphere of hospitality, love and kindness. The Table does not impose any eligibility requirements on guests, everyone is welcome to eat and enjoy one anothers' company. My Brother's Table serves elders, families with young children, veterans, people with disabilities, the under and unemployed, and people who are homeless.

    My Brother's Table is open 365 days a year and is located in downtown Lynn, Massachusetts. The Table serves 2 meals a day on-site during weekdays and one meal a day on-site both Saturday and Sunday. MBT also delivers a week of prepared meals each week to 20-24 homebound individuals or families whose main meal provider is too ill to cook or travel to the Table and who is too young for Meals-on-Wheels. MBT also provides a free medical clinic one night a week and offers episodic care, information, and referral services to its guests. Additionally, the Table provides weekly family meal packages for 70 families with children with mental health issues and weekly easy to prepare meal packages for young mothers participating in a local program for teen parents. Over 2,500 volunteers serve at My Brother's Table each year and last year we served over 204,000 meals.

    The Table relies solely on private donations and does not seek nor accept United Way or Local, State or Federal grant monies.
