Elkhart General Hospital

The Mission of Beacon Health System exists to enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of the communities we serve. As a member of the Beacon Health System, the Volunteer Services Department at Elkhart General Hospital recruits, trains, and sustains compassionate volunteers who strive to welcome, comfort, and serve those who enter our facility.

The Volunteer Services Department at Elkhart General Hospital works in partnership with the Elkhart Hospital Auxiliary, an organization that has provided both funding for special projects at the hospital, and service hour support to patients, visitors, and guests, and those in the surrounding community.
