Serving While Achieving Greatness (SWAG) is an organization that empowers high‐potential students to realize and strengthen their leadership qualities, while inspiring a personal commitment to service. Our unique leadership program will provide our students with the tools, exposure, and inspiration they will need to become socially‐conscious leaders in their schools and communities. But, our program is not simply theoretical in nature. Our kids will be challenged to apply all that they learn as they embark on a mission to create “non‐profits” of their own aimed at identifying and solving a specific issue or problem within their own community.

These "non-profits" will be led and managed by the kids themselves with the aim of effectively solving their chosen issue. Kids will be required to hire a staff of other students, create weekly newsletters, manage a blog, and organize social events and fundraisers at their school, which will all benefit their "non-profit's" community improvement project. These projects, organized and funded by the student-led non-profits, will attempt to solve specific issues in targeted areas of the kids' communities.

After the completion of the leadership seminars and their community improvement projects, the students will be prepared to take part in the capstone to our program: a community service based travel experience. This component will occur either domestically or internationally and will require the kids to utilize their newly acquired skills in working to solve a problem in another community. Kids will complete our program exposed, inspired, and empowered to make a life-long commitment to change in their communities and in our world.
