SUMMARY: The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership skills and business experience to take “ownership” of an operating business and increase its revenues and profits. ReStore inventory is generated by the creativity, personality and drive of the Manager – not by calling a supplier and ordering more of it. The Manager must seek out and generate donations from organizations, individuals and businesses. The Manager also must be able to effectively manage store staff, advertising, and merchandizing of the product.
