    To provide trained community citizens to advocate for children involved in abuse/neglect cases within the 1st Dist. Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and the City of Chesapeake.

    Chesapeake CASA is an umbrella program under Chesapeake Volunteers In Youth Services, Inc. We are one of 12 programs provided for the needs of at-risk youth and their families.
