Essentia volunteers are exceptional people who are committed to serving their communities, as well as the patients, families, visitors, and staff members at Essentia Health. We proudly oversee volunteers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Each month, over 1000 volunteers donate their time and share their talents throughout our hospitals, clinics, and patient care areas, bringing a special personal touch to our patients and families.

Our volunteers are unique people of all ages from varied backgrounds, with different abilities and motivations behind their interest in volunteering. However, our volunteers share a common goal: an interest in helping others and a commitment to serving. The dedication, time and efforts of our volunteers are greatly appreciated by Essentia Health staff, patients, families, and visitors.
