The 100 Black Men of America strives to serve as a strong positive force in the world by overcoming the cultural and financial obstacles that have limited the achievements of some minorities, particularly young African American males. Mentors of the 100 have made outstanding progress, proving to disadvantaged youth that they, too, can succeed and excel as students, corporate leaders, community leaders, and as independent business owners.
