Coming Home of Middlesex County, Inc.

Coming Home’s mission is to break down silos in the County to establish a true system to end homelessness with all parts functioning optimally. We are the coordinating entity in the County for services, data analysis and program development with the explicit goal of ending homelessness. We employ collaborative strategies; foster public-private partnerships and provide the leadership necessary to ensure the efficient development of solutions to end homelessness.
