InvestigateNY is the New York area’s only nonprofit news center with an emphasis on broadcast journalism. We provide superior enterprise reporting for television, radio, print and digital media.

We are a newsroom with exceptional journalistic talent, accuracy and fairness. Our unique and provocative stories protect and inform New Yorkers, while maintaining a “living laboratory” for Journalism education at Purchase College, the State University of New York.

The Tri-State area and New York State have lost almost half the journalists we had just a few years ago. As a result, important stories are going untold. INY helps fill that void.

INY is managed and its stories and content produced by a small, efficient team of experienced, professional investigative journalists who have displayed excellence and integrity though out their careers with a combined 80 years of experience.

Our media partners have access to our finished stories and to our reporting for their broadcasts, websites and print publications.
