Our mission is to give those in need a hand and letting others know there is hope and understanding. About Us
Hand 'n' Heart Inc helps the community see self-worth by showing compassion to those who are suffering from Mental illness, Disease of addiction, Homelessness and our children who are displaced from their family and placed in the foster system. We give clothing and snack packages along with Luggage of Love Backpacks to our children in the foster system. We have been volunteering in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than five years.
