    Mission statement: The Organ Historical Society celebrates, preserves, and studies the pipe organ in America in all its historic styles, through research, education, advocacy, and music.

    The Organ Historical Society is a membership organization of roughly 2500 members. The only requirement for entry is a love of the pipe organ. The organization will be moving to a new headquarters at the Stoneleigh estate in Villanova, PA in October 2017. The organization is governed by a volunteer board of directors, elected by the membership, as well as a salaried CEO and staff.
