St. Francis School

The mission of St. Francis of Assisi School is to teach and live the gospel message of Jesus Christ through family involvement in worship, evangelization, education, and service.

St. Francis is a K-8 school located about 3 miles from the Jicarilla Apache reservation, where the majority of our students come from. We are a mission school that is staffed by volunteers who are passionate about service and work to ensure a quality education for all of our students. Faculty members effectively plan for and guide instruction, direct and evaluate the teaching-learning process, so that students experience an appropriate learning atmosphere and activities designed to fulfill their potential for physical, emotional, intellectual, social, moral, and spiritual growth.
