Our mission is to empower and improve the lives of farm workers and other low-income and immigrant workers through:

(1) the advancement of research, implementation, and enforcement of equitable policy, (2) civic engagement, and (3) community education

Company Overview

The UFW Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to empower and improve the lives of farm workers, immigrant workers and Latinos through community education, civic participation and the promotion of equitable public policy. With offices in Los Angeles, Salinas and Bakersfield, the UFW Foundation is part of Cesar E. Chavez's Farm Worker Movement, which has fought for the rights of farm workers, immigrant workers and the Latino community for 50 years. Programming and events include the annual Cesar Chavez Day Walk & Festival and Education Program, advocacy and research on legislation, citizenship and immigration services, and community education events and training.
