Scotland Community Health Clinic provides quality primary health care and prescription assistance to adult uninsured residents of Scotland County.

    About Us

Scotland Community Health Clinic (SCHC) was established in 2007 as a charitable organization to provide free primary medical care and prescriptions assistance to the adult uninsured residents of Scotland County, NC who are unable to afford their health care. Many of our patients have chronic conditions (diabetes , hypertension, COPD, high cholesterol). We have been recognized as a top perfomer in health outcomes management for diabetes and hypertension among free clinics in NC. We are funded through donations and grants. Eligibility applications are required for appointments only. Our vision is to help our patients live healthier and more productive lives. We have opportunities for volunteers for NC licenced providers or mid-level providers who can hold clinic a few hours a week or month - whatever your scheduling might permit. We can also utilize personnel for triage, phlebotomy, and medical office assistance. SCHC utilizes Practice Fusion EHR and is telehealth ready. We are located about 30 minutes south of Southern Pines and 45 minutes south of Fayetteville. Come lend us a hand. Thanks for checking us out.
